Q: I've never done pole or aerial before, am I too weak/heavy/old to do it?

A: Of course not! Anyone can do pole, we tailor our classes to suit your ability and build your strength
and confidence over time with progressively harder movements and longer sequences of moves.

Q: What should I wear for pole or aerial classes?

A: You need some skin contact in order to grip the pole so we suggest shorts and a vest top/t-shirt but there's no pressure to get any skin out for your first couple lessons! Please
avoid using any moisturiser/fake tan 24hrs before class to avoid making the pole slippery as this can be
dangerous for you and anyone sharing your pole! Remove any rings, bracelets and watches to avoid
damaging the poles and your jewellery.

For aerial hoop classes you will want to wear sturdy leggings/jogging bottoms and a jumper. You may also want to wear leg warmers to cover the back of your knees. 

Q: I'm nervous about starting pole. Can I watch a class first to decide if I like it?

A: We do not allow spectators for classes for health and safety reasons. The best way to find out if you
like it is to try it!

Q: How do I book a class?

A: Using our booking system GymCatch which can be found here: https://app.gymcatch.com/provider/810/events

Q: What if I have booked onto a class and can no longer make it?

A: As long as you cancel with 24hrs notice on the Gymcatch app, you can get a class credit to be redeemed for another class. Please be aware if you
cancel with less notice you will lose your class fees.

Q: How busy are classes?

A: It varies but we limit our class sizes to a maximum of 10 people across 5 poles.
